All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking is considered confirmed only once we have acknowledged it and the required payment has been received.

A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking, depending on the package. Changes requested after confirmation may incur additional fees.

We accept payments by credit and debit cards as well as online transfers. All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Cancellation requests must be submitted to us in writing. Eligible refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.

Please note that no refunds are issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled departure.

Travellers are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas and any other documents required for their journey. Jeetu Holidays is not liable for denial of entry or boarding arising from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.

Jeetu Holidays acts as an intermediary between travellers and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels and transport operators. While we select our partners with care, we are not liable for failures, delays or deficiencies in services delivered by these third parties.

Travellers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings throughout the trip and are advised to arrange suitable travel insurance.
